The petitioner seeks regular bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 247/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused Pawan Yadav. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. He is in custody since 18.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
