Patna High Court CWJC No.10034 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, Sitamarhi regarding redressal of his aforesaid grievance, hence, Circle officer be directed to do the needful within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, Sitamarhi by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, which alongwith the rectification petition, already filed by the petitioner, shall be considered and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
