JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Counsel for the appellant s has brought this case under the heading TBM for the purpose of giving details of person who has been named from the side of appellants as Administrator on the ground that other side is objecting his inclusion as Administrator.

As this Court vide order dated 22nd September 2015 appointed two Administrators, one from the side of appellants and the other from the side of O.P. and this Court has given name of Sri Lallan Singh as suggested by the appellants. To dispel the confusion, this Court is modifying the order dated 22nd September 2015 to the extent from the side of appellant, Administrator is "Sri Lallan Singh son of Sri Murli Singh, resident of Ward No. 31 Nayaka Gaon, Khilanganj, Sasaram, Rohtas".
