The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 826 of 2018, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in course of patrolling petitioner along with one Sundram Kumar @ Rahul Singh were apprehended by the Police. On search, one country made pistol loaded with three live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, while one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of Sundram Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 826 of 2018, subject to the condition that one surety must be parents/close relative of the petitioner.
