Petitioner seeks bail in this case registered under Sections 394, 302, 396 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

One Dharmendra Kumar Sah, who was running a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20360 of 2020(3) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 Customer Service Centre of State Bank of India, was shot dead by three miscreants while he was returning after withdrawing an amount of Rs 2,00,000/-.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the First Information Report has been lodged against unknown. Petitioner has been remanded from another case.

Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner's name transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner bears criminal history and has also confessed his guilt.

Considering the rival submission and the gravity of the allegations, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./- U T
