1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.22200 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for restraining the respondent no.9 to 13 from selling any part of the properties as described in paragraph 3 of the writ application and further prayed for restraining the respondents including respondent no.1 to 8 from dispossessing the petitioner from any part of the properties, the detail of which have been given in paragraph 3 in the present case including part of these properties which has been sold to respondent no.1 to 8 illegally by the Respondents no.9 to 13."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
