2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for modification of order dated 09.05.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.

No. 1479 of 2024.

3. The matter relates to Kusheshwar Asthan, East Circle Office whereas in the petition, it was recorded Kusheshwar Asthan Circle. Accordingly, the same was incorporated and the direction given to the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan,Darbhanga.

4. Now the modification petition has been filed for incorporating East alongwith Kusheshwar Asthan. The same is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to the Patna High

Patna High Court MJC No.1213 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 Court Legal Services Committee.

5. Let in the order dated 09.05.2024, the name of respondent no.5 be read as "Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan East, Darbhanga" instead of "Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan Darbhanga". This is subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority.
