That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, command / commands for directing respondents to pay First A.C.P benefit and arrears of the said deducted amount during the period of service with other consequential retiral dues of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the interregnum period, inasmuch as the petitioner has already been granted the benefit of 3rd ACP with effect from 1.1.2009, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
