Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by apprehended accused. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.6.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S.
