2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.167 of 2024 arising out of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023, dated 14.06.2023, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with named co-accused persons and unnamed co-accused persons has killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It has further been submitted that in the postmortem examination, no external or internal injuries were found, while the opinion regarding death of the deceased was kept reserved for the

The FSL report is part of the record, which was called for on earlier occasion, and the report of FSL would indicate that 'No Metallic, Alkalodial, Glycosidal, Pesticidal and Volatile poison could be detected in the dark brown fluid..' It has further been submitted that there is a girl child born out of the wedlock and there is none to take care of her. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 09.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 167 of 2024, arising out of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023.
