JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench dated 18.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. no. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. v. Rhituraj Saurabh & Anr.).

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such representation is filed, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7776 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 same shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 5 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, the case of the petitioner is found similar to the Appellants of the aforesaid judgment dated 18.04.2018, similar relief would be granted to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks therefrom.
