JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in Dharhara P.S.Case No.79/16 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

As per allegation the petitioner is said to have been indulged in issuing money receipt of electricity Department and when he was caught some money receipts of SBPDCL and calculator were recovered from his possession. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner the he has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48434 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sone Lal Rajak, J.M. 1st Class, Munger in Dharhara P.S.Case No.79/16.
