ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 02-09-2015 Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2015. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner Nos.5 to 8 and the State.

The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 506, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. Considering the background facts and fair antecedents of the Petitioners, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioner Nos.5 to 8, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3401 of 2015 (4) dt.02-09-2015 2/3 order in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.331 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.
