The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher and posted in Navsrijit Primary School Langtuhata under Manjhagarh Block, District Gopalganj, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner from the date of his joining i.e. 08.03.2016 along with statutory interest on delayed payment.

3. Since the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, in view

Patna High Court CWJC No.5192 of 2023(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty.
