That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the Respondent concerned (The Respondent No. 3) to consider the representation dated 28.12.2023 filed by the petitioner worked as "Nayaya Mitra" for the payment of due emoluments for the period from July 2020 to March 2021 i.e. total amount of Rs. 63,000/- and direct to pay the same alongwith interest, And/or it is

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Arwal for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3 i.e. the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Arwal, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
