The petitioner Nilesh Kumar Singh apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 390 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was working in Savitri Devi - Ram Chandra Prakritik Chikitsha Sansthan, the petitioner received Rs. 1,01,900/- and gave forged receipt of two lakhs. It is also alleged that the petitioner gave forged certificates of training to different persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee of the institution. Earlier a case was also lodged against the institution in which the petitioner was made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.355 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 accused in which he was granted bail.

It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he not only issued forged certificates but also gave fake receipts of Rs. 2 Lakhs after getting Rs. 1,01,900/-. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
