Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP for the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Madhubani Nagar P.S. Case No. 431/2014 dated 02.11.2014/ G.R. No. 3064/2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 498(A), 363 and 368/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that a bench of this Court had directed the investigation in this case to be conducted by the C.B.I.

In that view of the matter, the present petition seeking quashing of the F.I.R., has become infructuous.
