JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anjani Kumar, learned AAG-4 for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) for direction upon the Respondent authority to grant the pay after calculation as per 6th pay revision and ensure the payment of arrears as well as current salary to the petitioner like other similarly situated employee namely Rajdeo Mahto.

(ii) For direction upon the Respondent authority to consider the case of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing appropriate representation before the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, East Champaran, hence a direction be issued to the respondent no. 4 to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame. The learned AAG-4 has got no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner herein. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of six weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 4 within a period of eight weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
