No. 4062 of 2010 this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. The order passed in the writ petition on 24.09.2010 was challenged by the State Government by filing an appeal before this Court being L.P.A. No. 1001 of 2011 and by an order passed on 07.09.2017 a Division Bench of this Court has allowed the L.P.A. filed by the State Government and has set

Patna High Court MJC No.3332 of 2011(4) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 aside the order passed by the Writ Court and liberty has been granted to the petitioner herein to file a representation or appeal before the competent authority.

Accordingly, now in view of the aforesaid order passed in the L.P.A., no further indulgence into the matter is called for.
