The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that the Police on receiving secret information, raided the cattle house said to be of petitioner from where 15 bags of cut Supari was recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the alleged supari was recovered from the cattle house where none was present and that house was said to be of the petitioner. In fact, the cattle house is not belonged to the petitioner, who has clean antecedent, has falsely been implicated in the present case.
