JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S.Case No.09/2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 398A, 341, 323, 504, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners have moved for anticipatory bail, however, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that earlier the petitioners were granted police bail, as such, this application may be disposed of in the light of statement made in Para 7 of the petition.

Having heard both sides. This application is disposed of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8174 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
