2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the order-giver. He is 70 years old and is in jail since 04.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on
