Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner in this writ application has assailed the order of disciplinary authority inflicting the punishment of dismissal from service and that such order is appealable before the competent authority of the State Government in view of the order of punishment having been passed by the Commissioner of Saran division, this application seems to be premature and also ill advised.

When such an observation has been made, learned
