A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party No.2 in which it is stated that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid and the pension papers and the service book have been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar for fixation of final pension.
Mr. J.P. Karn, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Accountant General submits that the pension and gratuity of the petitioner have already been fixed in the year 2005-06 itself. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the contempt
