JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has, at the outset, submitted by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case, specially paragraph no.13 thereof that the encroachment in question has already stood removed, hence the order of this Court dated 16.10.2023, passed in CWJC No.5686 of 2023 has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed so as to rebut the aforesaid contentions put forth by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, thus this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 16.10.2023 has stood complied with, hence the present
