The petitioner seeks bail in Jamo Bazar P.S.Case No. 148 of 2018, registered under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414/34 of IPC.

Allegedly, from the campus of a temple, the police recovered eight bundles of aluminum wire, said to be stolen ones, including a big scissors, a motor-cycle and one tractor. The petitioner was apprehended with other accused persons on the spot.

It is the contention on behalf of the petitioner that he was in bona fide possession of the articles seized by the police as a sub contractor of a contractor dealing in supply of electricity in villages. According to him, without making any

Considering the above submissions, and the statement made in the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Siwan in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018.
