The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 07.08.2018 passed by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court. Charge has been framed against the petitioner. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within sixteen months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
