JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 2.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 8110 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with condition that he would deposit the amount within a period of four weeks.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he could not arrange the whole amount due to demonetization and, as such, he may be granted three weeks' more time for depositing the same.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submission made above, the order dated 2.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 8110

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17468 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 of 2017 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall deposit the amount within a further period of three weeks' time and if the amount is not deposited within the time frame, no further indulgence will be given to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation this application is allowed.
