2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is considerable delay in institution of the first information report on 28.04.2018 for the alleged occurrence of 29.03.2018. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and considering the specific accusation that petitioner no. 2 held the informant and petitioner no. 1 inflicted as many as 11 knife blows upon him causing incised injuries on several
