JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-10-2015 *************** 27.10.2015 After having heard counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the university, the present writ application is also disposed off with a direction upon the Vice-Chancellor of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya that he will take a decision with regard to the donor members, whose status were kept in abeyance by an earlier order, dated 07.01.2013, which has not been done so far.
A similar direction was also issued in case of yet another so called donor in C.W.J.C. No. 9949 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19117 of 2013 dt.27-10-2015 2/2 2014, disposed off on 15.10.2015.
Writ application stands disposed off, accordingly.
