JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura that the date of substantive appointment of the petitioners has been shifted back long ago, hence they were required to file appropriate application in the prescribed format along with all the requisite documents so that the same could be placed before
Patna High Court MJC No.884 of 2023(7) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 the Selection Committee for considering their cases for shifting their date of promotion accordingly, however, a simple one page application has been filed which does not bear any details, whatsoever.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate application in the prescribed format, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an application is filed, the Selection Committee shall take up their case and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
