The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment of acquittal of the private opposite parties dated 16.9.2004 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Arrah in Criminal Appeal No. 44 of 2000.

Having considered the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference in the same. The application stands dismissed.
