The petitioners, namely, Taramuni Devi, Mina Devi and Sharmila Devi seek bail in Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 167/16 registered under Sections 188, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

Small quantity of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. For that, the petitioners are in jail since 16.11.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1312 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.P. Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 167/16.
