2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) / 34 of the IPC.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons committed murder of sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is lady and is in custody since 30.09.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23930 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/2 opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 09.02.2024, it appears that on the basis of written report of the informant FIR was registered against 11 accused person including the present petitioner. Petitioner is Gotni of the deceased lady and no specific allegation against the petitioner as alleged in the FIR.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023.
