JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of assaulting the informant, informant's daughter and Sarju Singh and taking away rupees twenty five thousand. The motive for committing the offence is alleged to be land dispute and distribution of land acquisition money.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50106 of 2014 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 accused Dadan Singh and Sarju Singh have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 460 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
