This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Korha P.S. Case No.22 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R. a minor girl was rapped by the petitioner and when the victim threatened, the petitioner promised her to marry her.

Looking to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
