It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical mistake, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Late Arjun Prasad Singh' in pace of 'Late Ajay Prasad Singh'.

Let the father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Late Ajay Prasad Singh' in place of 'Late Arjun Prasad Singh'. It is further submitted that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below also be extended.
