Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

One live cartridge and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others were caught by police. Police claimed that the petitioner and his associates had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.7.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
