JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 Mr. Sujeet Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that Chitragupta Samaj, Bihar and Jharkhand has constructed Community Hall over plot no. 353 and respondent authorities are contemplating construction of road over the land which may adversely affect the interest of Chitragupta Samaj. He submits that he may be
Patna High Court CWJC No.7175 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 granted liberty to approach the competent authority so that interest of Chitragupta Samaj may be taken care while taking any steps of construction or demolition.
Without going to the merit of the writ petition whether there is imminent threat or not the Court grants liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities i.e. Department of Road Construction, Water Resources Department as well as Urban Development Department.
The Court hope and trust that the concerned departments will consider representation, if filed by the petitioner alongwith a copy of this order within a period of one month from today and take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest.
With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
