JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation against fourteen persons including the petitioner that they made indiscriminate firing causing death of the deceased.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused Gautam Singh, Janta Paswan, Sanjeev Singh and Pritam Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether four cases but taking note of this fact that only one gun shot injury was found on the person of the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
