The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 005 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30A, 30B and 30C of Excise Act.
Allegation against the petitioner that there is recovery of wine from his shop.
However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence, which is evident from Annexure-2 to the petition, and secondly in the FIR it has been mentioned that petitioner fled away from the place of occurrence. However, in the seizure list name of the petitioner has been mentioned.
