Due to inadvertence, in the order dated 24.11.2015 the details of the below mentioned cases are left to be incorporated.

In view of such, the order dated 24.11.2015 is modified to the extent that "further proceedings of Chapra (Mufassil) P.S. case No.154 of 2008, Trial No.930 of 2015 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, Chapra (Town) P.S. case No.292 of 2012, Trial No.950 of 2015 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra and Chapra (Muffasil) P.S. case No.147 of 2009, Trial No.2019 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra are also hereby set aside" in terms of the earlier order.
