Petitioner is accused in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.100 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. relates to Bank dacoity committed by 6 unknown persons. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2016.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor petitioner has been put on test identification parade up-tillnow.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40859 of 2016 (4) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the Bank opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner was involved in another Bank dacoity also and this fact has been noticed by the Court below also.

Considering that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015.
