Petitioner seeks bail in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.156 of 2018 (S.T. No.244 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 363, 370, 120-B Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018 having clean antecedents. It is further submitted that only on the basis of suspicion raised in the First Information Report this petitioner has been arrested. The police recorded his confessional statement. Victim (father of the informant) has been recovered and his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded, wherein, he has not levelled any specific allegation against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ- IIIrd, Purnea, in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.156 of 2018 (S.T. No.244 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
