This application for regular bail arises out of Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. There were five persons apprehended by the police including the petitioner. It is alleged that from the petitioner's possession, the police recovered one small knife and one live cartridge. The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2020. Considering the nature of recovery from the petitioner's possession and the period of custody since 03.02.2020, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
