Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. A title suit is pending between the parties bearing Title suit No. 92 of 2016. as a matter of fact, informant is a litigant lady and has filed cases even against her husband and in-laws.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegation of assault supported by injury. Witnesses have supported the prosecution

Considering the nature of allegations levelled against these petitioners and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I do not find it to be fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
