The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that when the informant along with one person was going to deposit money in the bank, the accused persons on the point of pistol snatched the bag of the informant and fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.5.2018. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case.

The petitioners were apprehended in connection with another case and has been remanded in the present case on the basis of self confession before the police. The petitioners have not been put on T.I.P.. They have remained in custody for about 11 months.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R..

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018.
