The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant along with accused persons purchased a bus in partnership and to purchase the said bus informant gave cash of Rs. 182877/- to the accused persons, but after purchase of the said bus they refused to make him partner and assured to return his amount, but they did not return the said amount.

It is submitted that petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount to the informant and he is ready to pay the amount of Rs. 52887/- at the of furnishing bail bond and the rest amount of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22907 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Rs. 1,00,000/- will be paid in four equal installments within a period of one year through bank draft.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that Rs. 52887/- will be paid by the petitioner at the of furnishing bail bond and the rest amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in will be paid in four equal installments within a period of one year from today, through bank draft.

If the petitioner fails to pay the amount as per the undertaking, the bail bonds of the petitioner will be cancelled by the court below itself.
