The present application seeks correction in the order dated 15.10.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18030 of 2011. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error the spelling of the name of petitioner no. 1 has wrongly been typed as "Prafull Kumar Singh" though it should have been "Praphul Kumar Singh". Similarly, it is submitted that the spelling of the name of petitioner no. 2 should have been "Bambam Kumar" and that of his father should have been "Sri Tulsi Singh" whereas it has wrongly been typed as "Bumbum Kumar" and " Sri Tulsi Sah".

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer. In view of the aforesaid, in the order dated 15.10.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18030 of 2011, let the name of petitioner no. 1 be read as "Praphul Kumar Singh" instead of "Prafull Kumar Singh" and names of the petitioner no. 2 and his father be read as "Bambam Kumar" instead of "Bumbum Kumar" and "Sri Tulsi Singh" instead of "Sri Tulsi Sah" respectively.
