It is thereafter submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid action of the petitioner shows the bona fide of the petitioner in the matter and he may be granted anticipatory bail considering the further fact that he has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Munib Singh, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
